Your blood is drawn by one of our Cosmetic Nurses then spun in the centrifuge to separate the concentrated Platelet Rich Plasma that is syphoned & used to treat your area of concern to encourage healthy cell regeneration and tissue repair, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin and also hair follicle stimulation in the scalp area.
For Skin:
The Regen PRP system stimulates the body's natural regenerative mechanisms to treat anti-aging and other concerns. This treatment achieves natural-looking results for restoring volume, improving dull & tired skin, fine lines & wrinkles, scarring, and total skin rejuvenation. The Regen PRP system starts at $350/treatment.
For Hair:
The Emycte PRP system stimulates healing and cellular regeneration so it can be injected into the scalp to slow the rate of hair loss, restore thinning hair to be thicker & fuller, improve receding hairlines, and strengthen the integrity of the skin of the scalp. The Emcyte PRP system is $580/treatment.
Improvements can be seen for most after 1 treatment however, for optimal results an initial course of 3 treatments spaced over 9-12 weeks is recommended, followed by ongoing maintenance.
Note: For both PRP systems a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be used as part payment on the day of your treatment or can be forwarded to secure you next PRP treatment.
Anyone wanting overall skin rejuvenation and/or scalp hair rejuvenation & regrowth.
Bruising, swelling, tenderness, and redness are completely normal symptoms to experience after treatment, if these do not settle after a few days please contact the clinic. Avoid vigorous exercise for 24-48 hours and maintain sun protection.
PRP is a non-surgical treatment that is performed by our qualified Cosmetic Nurse and can be done on its own or with other treatments. To get the best result at Renew Skin we will work with you to prescribe a treatment plan that is best suited to your needs. To do this we conduct a 45 minute thorough skin assessment consultation at your first appointment. Your nurse will also ask you to have a full blood test within the 4 weeks before your PRP treatment - your nurse will provide you with a list of what needs to be requested in your blood test and ask you provide a copy of the results before your appointment day.
