Had the pleasure of an amazing Hydra facial by Cass and Metta -this was my first and definitely will be one of many. Cass had an amazing professional touch, explaining each step and its benefits along the way. My skin was glowing afterwards felt rejuvenated. The Dermapen treatment (needling) is the most invasive treatment I have ever tried on my face. To date, I have been skeptical in trying any beauty treatments for my face, but after finding Metta, nearly 10 years later, after she performed past beauty treatments, I knew I could trust her. With my first treatment, I was also greeted by a nurse called Cass and straight away felt at ease and knew I could trust her just by the way she conducted herself, and asked relevant questions to understand my goals and where I was headed. Metta and Cass talked me through the whole needling process, including explaining what each product they used did, and what it’s purpose was. The transparency throughout the whole treatment, including any after care was also explained. They did not insist that the treatment would work straight away, but the after results told the story. My skin had a glow I can’t explain, much like the pregnancy glow, there was little downtime and they took so much care to ensure to provide the least bit of disruption to the after process of skin healing. They also noticed the acute eczema I had on my neck which I had been seeing a dermatologist for, and encouraged me to also try the Dermapen on the affected area and gave me some cream to put on following the treatment. Amazing results, my eczema is slowly disappearing and thinning out. I am keen to go back and trust in the skin pathway that Metta and Cass have to offer.

With luck on my side, a very good friend of mine recommended I see Metta about three years ago. It is with sincere gratitude - with Metta’s guidance, my skin health has improved drastically. Having spent a lot of my youth outdoors exposed with little or no sunscreen, the results of this were clearly visible. With a combination of non- invasive needling treatments (minimal downtime) and the appropriate skin care regime, I can honestly say I am thrilled with the results. Metta’s approach is extremely down to earth and honest. Most recently I had the most amazing treatment called ‘Fire and Ice Facial’ which is a two part treatment, one part fire the other ice. This is designed to actively resurface the skin which believe me, my skin felt amazingly hydrated, plump and glowing. It takes about an hour and its heavenly especially the use of the cooling ice globes – literally so relaxing I was in complete heaven! I highly recommend Metta and I look forward to meeting all the team in the very near future.
